Admission to the Old House Fair and festival is FREE.
There is a charge for the Historic Home Tour ($25) and for the Trolley Tour ($5).

Tours Galore at The Old House Fair

* Historic Home Tour ($25 10am-4pm. At Ticket Booth (30th & Beech) on June 15, cash or check only.

* Trolley Tours of South Park ($5), with visits to Golden Hill and Burlingame. Purchase tickets at Ticket Booth. Tour departs at 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30. Board at 30th St. & Cedar St. corner.

* Urban Safaris Walking Tour, meet at Info Booth. Times to be announced.

Trolley Tours

Enjoy a narrated 45-minute trolley tour around the interesting historic neighborhoods of South Park and Golden Hill. Board the trolley at 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30. Just $5. Buy tickets at the Old House Fair Ticket Booth (30th & Beech St.) before boarding.

Self-Guided Bike/Walk Tour

Get a detailed map with descriptions of historic homes throughout the South Park community. Tour by bike or on foot. Click here for more info and to print out your map brochure. Free copies also available at the Old House Fair Info Booth at 30th & Beech.

Urban Safaris Walking Tours

Patty Fares will lead two one-hour Urban Safaris walking tour of the immediate South Park neighborhood. Meet her at the Info Booth (30th & Beech St.) for a walk covering history, architecture, local lore, and upcoming South Park events.
